What days are dinners available?

Our Family Style Dinners are only available on Tuesday's, Friday's and Sunday's. They will also be available on holidays.

When are new menus added?

We are posting dinners for purchase on the following days at 11:00 am.

Tuesday - for the following Friday Dinner. Thursday - for the following Sunday Dinner. Saturday - for the following Tuesday Dinner.

How often does the menu change?

Each day and dinner will feature a new menu planned and prepared by Simon & Ross Fraser.

How is the food packaged?

All of the dishes are prepared fresh in house and to our highest standards. Once the food is cooled, it is packaged in large Family Style sharing portions and comes with detailed reheating instructions.

Can an order be split in two?

We are now offering two generous sizes for family style dinners that serve 2 or 4 people. 

Can you accommodate allergies?

All of our dishes are prepared in a large batch format, and we are unable to make modifications or take special order requests. We are pleased to chat more about any particular menu to see what may or may not be suitable for you - please feel free to contact us.

What is the delivery area?

We are pleased to offer delivery to our local community members for a small $5 fee. Postal Codes starting with K1J / K1K / K1L / K1M / K1N. Deliveries are done between 4:15 pm - 6:00 pm. * Specific times are not available *

How do we pick up curbside?

We are pleased to offer 'contactless' curbside pick up at Fraser Café - 7 Springfield Rd. Pick ups are available between 4:15 pm and 6:00 pm. Simply pull up to our curbside pick up station, and your order will be set out for you to take. Curbside times are selected in the shipping selection of your checkout.

Can we order alcohol?

We are currently offering wine and beer. We will not be offering cocktails at this time.

Can we pay with a gift certificate?

Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to accept "pre pandemic" gift cards as payment. The only gift certificates we are accepting at this time are those specifically purchased for our take away through our online store.
We are operating as a means of survival and rely on these sales to ensure we are able to continue operating and keep Fraser Cafe & the Rowan open, now and in the future. With sales down, we risk not being able to continue at all if we accept gift cards as payment. All of our gift cards have no expiry and will be valid when we reopen for full service dining.
